BRIDGE COMMERCIAL COMPLETES NEW LEASE AT EASTPORT INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

2550 W. Fifth North St, Summerville, SC –  Hagood S. Morrison, Jr., SIOR and Brooks Courtney of Bridge Commercial represented the Landlord, GFI Partners, in the leasing of 56,700 SF at Eastport Industrial Complex in Summerville, SC.

The tenant, NexMatrix, was represented by Hagood Morrison Sr, MBA, SIOR, CRE and John Beam of Bridge Commercial. NexMatrix is one of the largest manufacturer’s of non-woven and woven fabrics in the Geotextile industry. NexMatrix manufactures non-woven fabric for industries such as: geotextile, furniture, hygiene, medical, filtration, packaging and more.
