REALTYLINK ANNOUCES COLD STORAGE PROJECT IN CHARLESTON
CHARLESTON, SC –RealtyLink, based in Greenville, SC, has announced the development of four new cold storage buildings across the Southeastern United States. Thomas Eldridge with RealtyLink is the lead developer with project locations in Charleston, SC, Wilmington, NC, Houston, TX and Mobile, AL. “These ports are vital gateways of trade and commerce and RealtyLink is building solutions for tomorrows cold chain,” says lead developer Thomas Eldridge.
Hagood Morrison, MBA, SIOR, CRE, Hagood S. Morrison, SIOR, John Beam and Brooks Courtney of Bridge Commercial assisted RealtyLink with securing land in Charleston. They have been assigned the marketing and leasing of the facility. It is to be a 272,000 square foot building expandable to 540,000 SF and will be constructed on Autonomous Drive within the 1,300 acre Camp Hall Industrial Commerce Park.
Recent announcements such as Walmart’s 3 MM SF distribution center under construction in Charleston, the approaching opening of South Carolina State Port’s Authority’s new Hugh Leatherman terminal, and the expected completion of the Charleston Harbor dredging to 52’, prompted RealtyLink to proceed with building in the Charleston market.
