270 Deming Way, Summerville, SC – John Beam and Hagood Morrison, MBA, SIOR of Bridge Commercial represented the Landlord, Warehouse Rentals, LLC, in the leasing of 64,000 SF at Summerville Distribution Complex.

The two buildings total 251,250 SF. One suite of 26,250 SF remains available at the Summerville Distribution Complex in Eastport Industrial Park.
