BRIDGE COMMERCIAL REPRESENTS TENANT AND LANDLORD IN A 65,625 SF LEASE AT THE SUMMERVILLE DISTRIBUTION COMPLEX

264 Deming Way, Summerville, SC –  John Beam and Hagood Morrison, MBA, SIOR of Bridge Commercial represented the Landlord, Warehouse Rentals, LLC, in the leasing of 65,625 SF at Summerville Distribution Complex.

The tenant, TRIGO-SCSI, was represented by Brooks Courtney of Bridge Commercial.

The two buildings total 251,250 SF. One suite of 26,250 SF remains available at the Summerville Distribution Complex in Eastport Industrial Park.
