WILL CROWELL ACHIEVES SIOR DESIGNATION FROM THE
SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS®
CHARLESTON, SC – Will Crowell, SIOR of Bridge Commercial has achieved the SIOR designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,200 commercial real estate professionals who have earned the coveted SIOR designation.
To achieve the SIOR designation, Will completed a minimum of five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.
Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field. They are represented in more than 685 cities in 36 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and required designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.
Will Crowell focuses on landlord and tenant representation, as well as acquisition and disposition services for industrial real estate focused clients. Will specializes in helping solve complex industrial lease/sale transactions and develop strategies to further business growth for his clients. Will has worked with some of the largest companies in the Charleston region and leverages his market knowledge and real time data to help his clients make informed real estate decisions. Will has over 6 years of commercial real estate experience and recently promoted to Associate Vice President of Bridge Commercial.

BRIDGE COMMERCIAL ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS
CHARLESTON, SC – Seth Clark, Hagood S. Morrison, Daniel Pellegrino, John Beam and Will Crowell of Bridge Commercial have received promotions within the company. These agents have received promotions for their hard work and dedication throughout their tenure at Bridge Commercial.
Seth Clark has been promoted to Executive Vice President from Senior Vice President. Clark’s area of expertise is multifamily and land brokerage. He represents both sellers and buyers in some of Charleston’s largest mixed-use transactions.
Hagood S. Morrison, SIOR, has been promoted to Senior Vice President from Vice President. Morrison’s area of expertise is investment sales representing both sellers and buyers in all product types.
Daniel Pellegrino has been promoted to Senior Vice President from Vice President. Pellegrino’s area of expertise is land and retail brokerage with having been involved in multiple notable transactions in the last decade.
John Beam has been promoted to Vice President from Senior Associate. Beam’s area of expertise is industrial brokerage, leasing and sales, throughout the Charleston region.
