Morrison and  Hagood Morrison, Sr. , of Bridge Commercial represented the Seller, an affiliate of Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc., in the sale of their 20 acre industrial site at 2880 Ashley Phosphate in North Charleston and the two buildings located thereon for $ 3,500,000. The sale took only 154 days from beginning of marketing until closing.
