BRIDGE COMMERCIAL COMPLETES LEASE WITH BRN SLEEP PRODUCTS IN ORANGEBURG, SC

3771 Cameron Road, Orangeburg, SC –  Hagood Morrison, MBA, SIOR, CRE and Will Harker of Bridge Commercial represented the tenant, BRN Sleep Products, in the site selection & leasing  of 110,000 SF at 3771 Cameron Road in Orangeburg, SC.

BRN will manufacture and distribute mattresses from this location. This represents the first venture by this Turkish based company into the United States.
