BRIDGE COMMERCIAL INKS LEASE IN  SUMMERVILLE DISTRIBUTION COMPLEX IN ORDER TO KICKSTART PROJECT!

Summerville Distribution Complex, , Summerville, SC –  John Beam and Hagood Morrison, MBA, SIOR of Bridge Commercial represented the landlord, Warehouse Rentals, in the leasing of 32,000 square feet of warehouse space to Ethan Allen at Summerville Distribution Center in Summerville, SC. Matt Pickard and Mark Erickson of Colliers International represented the Tenant, Ethan Allen, in this transaction.

Summerville Distribution Complex is a new 251,250 SF industrial development with approximately 219,250 SF remaining for lease.
