Bridge Commercial now hiring a Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
MARKETING SPECIALIST

DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Operations – Crystal Dickerson 
FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt
RESPONSIBILITY TO: All Brokerage Associates


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Under limited supervision, and on own initiative, provides marketing, communications and administrative support to all brokerage associates. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Types and assists in compiling correspondence, reports, proposals, marketing budgets, spreadsheets, demographic reports, etc. 

  • Provides primary support for brokerage associates to include preparation and graphic design of proposals, broker opinion values, operating memorandums, display boards, presentations, brochures, tour books, letters, demographic reports, mailing list, etc. 

  • Maintains electronic files pertinent to brokerage associates and is familiar with all company resources to include databases, internet sites and reference materials. 

  • Maintain web-based listing services to include Loopnet, Costar, Catalyst, LocateSC and Bridge Website. 

  • Use knowledge of current graphic design software (InDesign and Photoshop) to produce graphic art and visual materials for maps, property tours, packaging, proposals, brochures and informative materials on an as needed basis. May include using demographic and traffic count reports and use of software (Pictometry) to retrieve aerials. 

  • Communicate with clients on the organization of signage requirements, broker luncheons and marketing materials. 

  • Manage the installation and removal of all property signage including maintaining a log on the status of all signs in the market and reconciling vendor invoices. 

  • Assist in compiling databases for mail outs and e-blasts.

  • Draft and send property specific e-blasts to approved databases using Campaign Monitor. Organize and manage eblast subscriber lists. 

  • Manage Bridge social media platforms to include LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. 

  • Design and optimization of Bridge website. 

  • Compiles press releases for the Company on matters related to transactions, promotions, Company announcements, etc. 

  • Assist in the coordination of company events, broker luncheons, conferences and trade shows. 

  • Answers calls, relays messages, maintains calendars, assists with scheduling appointments and travel arrangements as requested. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Visual Communications or other related field or four (4) years of equivalent work experience or an Associates Degree and two (2) years of equivalent work experience 

Knowledge:
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Adobe, InDesign and Photoshop 

Skills:

Excellent word processing skills 
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple task simultaneously
