CHARLESTON, SC – Bridge Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of 7240 Cross Park Drive in North Charleston, SC.
The 106,353 SF industrial building, located on 6.10 acres on Cross Park Drive, was purchased by an affiliate of GFI Partners for $5,950,000 or $56 per square foot. Hagood S (Hagood II) Morrison and Brooks Courtney of Bridge Commercial represented the seller, Hyde Properties, LLC. Bridge Commercial will represent GFI Partners in the leasing of 7240 Cross Park Drive.
