Mark has been in the commercial real estate industry commencing in 2000 specializing in office brokerage, leasing and consulting work as well as investment sales. Mark represents buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in connection with acquisition, disposition, leasing, valuation and consulting work of office and medical office buildings and land. While specializing in tenant representation, he learned important strategies used by tenants and their representatives to reduce occupancy costs. He has also gained the understanding of issues such as economic incentives, financing strategies, “best practices” and demographic information.
