Brooks is an Associate Vice President for Bridge Commercial focused on outdoor storage, industrial logistics and cold storage opportunities. Brooks’s experience encompasses the full lifecycle of industrial and logistics developments from site selection, leasing, and disposition.
Brooks holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kentucky. Brooks is a Member Associate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
In addition to his real estate work, Brooks is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Medical University of South Carolina Storm Eye Institute. In 2021 Brooks was named to Charleston Regional Business Journals’ 35 Best and Brightest. Previously Brooks was a member of the Charleston Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Steering Committee.
Brooks’s free time is spent with his fiancée Emory. Brooks is also an avid sporting clay shooter and golfer.
